We love our new web platform, and are really excited to tell you how you'll benefit from it. All of our new features and design elements are based on the many great suggestions of our customers. We listened, and heard that you wanted more functionality. So we invested in the upgrade, and incorporated as many of your ideas as we could. You see, customer service is a passion for Barefoot Tess. It's what we're known for. So we hope that after you check out our new website, you'll agree that it gives you a better user experience.

Whether you're a returning customer or brand new to our site, if you want to know what we've done, please read the section below entitled Some of Our Improvements. It lists some of the many improvements we've made.

Some of Our Improvements

You will find all of the following improvements on our new website--all things that we couldn't provide to you before. Although the features listed below are only a sample of the upgrades we've made, they are the more commonly requested improvements. 1. Wish Lists. In conjunction with the social shopping site Wishpot.com, you can now create wish lists that you can use whenever you want, however you want and for whomever you want. You can keep your wish list in your account and refer to it the next time you shop our site, or you can send it along to your friends and family when special dates like your birthday or the holidays are around the corner. The possibilities are endless.

2. Gift Cards. Finally, we have gift cards! And you can give them to anyone--yourself, a friend, a family member, a team member, a business associate, your neighbor, your favorite movie star, your teacher, your mail lady, your hair dresser... okay, I think you get the picture. And any one of these people can buy a gift card for you. The holder can use it to seamlessly purchase any Barefoot Tess merchandise--the card will be automatically available to you when check out. If the card is worth more than the merchandise you buy, the remaining funds will stay in your account, so you can buy more shoes now or later--totally your choice. And you can use your gift card together with your credit card as well.

3. Advanced Product Filtering Capabilities. Finding the specific shoes you are looking for is going to be so much easier now. You're going to love it. Just select the style, size, or color of the shoe you'd like to see (or select all three at once!) and your specific selection of shoes should appear. And if you'd like to return to your previous selection, just click the "back" button, and your original selections will be there, right where you left them. Simple. Think of all the time you'll save. And since time is money, well... you know what that means.

4. Store Credits. From here on out, all store credits will be available through the website. You'll be able to use them whenever you decide to shop again. No more pieces of paper, no more calling the office--no more hassle, period. Just place your order, and use the credit. And then smile when everyone gawks at your beautiful new shoes.

5. Free international Shipping for all Australian and Canadian orders >$250. Now we're able to give free shipping for our Australian and Canadian customers who spend more than $250 at one time. This is our way of saying "Thank you" for your purchase of Barefoot Tess shoes, while allowing you to save significantly on your order. For more information about this program, click here.

6. iPad Optimization. If you're a tablet-user, you'll be happy to know that we're now optimized for the iPad, so shopping on the go will be a snap. Because at Barefoot Tess, we know that when it comes to shoes, when you gotta have it, you just gotta have it!

7. More Product Videos. We've created lots more product videos and now feature them so prominently on the site that you can't miss 'em. If a video is available for a pair of shoes, you'll see it immediately on the product page.

8. Free Exchanges. If a pair of shoes doesn't fit the way they should, use the enclosed return label to send them back to us for another size. We'll pay shipping both ways (domestic US only).
