Return & Exchange Policy (US ONLY)

Returns

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return the products unworn, unused, in the condition received, and in the
original packaging within 14 days of your receipt of the order for a full refund. The only exceptions to this are items marked “Final Sale,” which
cannot be returned or exchanged, items marked “No Refunds,” which can only be exchanged or returned for store credit, and orders placed
using a coupon code that specified that orders placed using this code could be returned for store credit only. 

You can ship your return to the address below, at your own expense and using a carrier of your choice; but we recommend that you use a carrier that provides tracking and can insure the shipment for the retail value of the merchandise. We are not responsible for any damage or loss caused prior to our receipt of the merchandise return and cannot refund your purchase in the event of such damage or loss.

Any order returned after 14 days and no more than 30 days from your original receipt of the order will be accepted and exchanged for a
store credit only. All orders returned after 30 days will not be accepted, and return shipping to you will be at your expense. 

Any packages returned with shipping tape or labels affixed directly to the shoebox, or in any condition that renders the shoebox unsellable,
will be charged a 15% restocking fee

Exchanges

You can send your shoes back for an exchange by filling out the form below. Please fill out all information and include all details for the shoe
you would like in exchange. We will process the exchange within a week of its arrival, and you will be emailed the new tracking number. If there
is a price difference, you will be refunded or contacted for payment information. If you feel comfortable, you can include your payment details
with the return to expedite the process. 

If you need the exchanged item immediately, you may place a new order online for the new item you want and following the return policy
for the product you want to return in exchange. We will send the new item out right away, and you will be charged for the new item and
refunded for the shipping by writing a note in the “order notes” section at the time you place your order. 

You can ship your return to the address below, at your own expense and using a carrier of your choice; but we recommend that you use a carrier that provides tracking and can insure the shipment for the retail value of the merchandise. We are not responsible for any damage or loss caused prior to our receipt of the merchandise return and cannot refund your purchase in the event of such damage or loss.

Damages & Defectives

If you receive merchandise damaged in shipment, please contact us immediately. We will send out a replacement item and file a claim with
the carrier. Please retain the item and packing material in the event the carrier wishes to inspect the package and merchandise. If we request
that you return the damaged merchandise to us, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label to do so. If you are requested to return the
damaged merchandise and you fail to do so within 14 days, we will charge you for any replacement item.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately. We will send you a replacement item immediately, along with a pre-paid
shipping label for you to return the item to us. If we do not receive the defective item within 14 days of your receipt of the replacement item,
we will charge you for the replacement item. BAREFOOT TESS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MERCHANDISE THAT WAS PURCHASED OVER 90
DAYS AGO.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to you in the same form as your payment for the original order. For instance, if you pay by credit card, we will issue
you a refund via your credit card; if you use a gift card, we will issue your refund in the form of another gift card. Because we do not keep your
credit card information after we receive authorization, we may need to contact you to get this information in order to process the refund. If
your refund will be processed on a credit card, it may take two billing cycles to show on your statement.

Store Credit

If you receive store credit, you will be issued a store credit confirmation code through email. To redeem your store credit, simply type your
store credit code in the appropriate field during checkout. This information will also be stored in your online account, if you have created one,
and will be listed automatically as an available payment option during checkout.
