Shipping & Order Processing Policy

Delivery Expectations

When you can expect to receive your order will depend on several factors including the destination of your order and the carrier and shipping service you selected. We will almost always ship your order within three business days of the date you placed the order on our web site as we strive to ship within 1 business day. Business days exclude weekends and most U.S. holidays. Orders with higher priority shipping services selected will be processed before orders of lower priority shipping options. Peak volume periods such as during certain promotions will have an impact on the time between order placement and shipment. You will receive an order confirmation when you complete the order process on-line (or via phone if you provide an email address) and you will receive shipment notification with package tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped.

Expedited orders placed before 2pm EST will be processed that day, barring any complications with the order (i.e., payment issues, fraud investigation, inventory availability). Expedited orders placed after 2pm EST will be processed the next day. NOTE: Please be sure to select the appropriate expedited delivery service to ensure your shipment arrives when you need it.

Domestic Orders (includes PO/APO/FPO)

You may choose from a variety of shipping options at checkout. We work with all the major shipping carriers and are continually working to arrange the lowest shipping cost possible for our customers. Any order to a PO/APO/FPO destination can only be shipped via USPS, but all USPS shipping options that are available for those addresses will be offered. Our online shipping calculator will attempt to eliminate offerings that are not available for the destination you enter, but we may occasionally need to adjust that when we process your order. In the event we need to adjust the shipping option you selected we will notify you.

We reserve the right to use any shipping option available to us to get the package to you in the time frame you requested.. We also reserve the right to upgrade your order to a higher level of service than you selected if we deem it necessary at our sole discretion without prior notification to you in which event you will not be liable for any additional shipping costs.

Shipping for International Orders

We offer USPS Priority Mail International and USPS Express Mail International services for all International Orders. You will be charged a calculated shipping and handling fee based on the total weight and/or dimensions of the merchandise in your shopping bag, the destination, and the service offering.

All shipments via USPS will be shipped via USPS while in the United States or U.S. territories, but will be forwarded to the sovereign postal service of the destination country or the carrier designated by USPS for deliveries to that destination country. Any order to a Post Office Box can only be shipped via USPS, but all USPS shipping options that are available for those addresses will be offered. The international service offerings are not all available for all destinations. Our online shipping calculator will attempt to eliminate offerings that are not available for the destination you enter, but we may need to adjust that when we process your order. In the event we need to adjust the shipping option you selected we will notify you. Because of the number of international destinations that we serve we cannot provide estimated transit times in this table. Taxes, Duties and Tariffs

We collect sales tax on all orders with shipping destinations within the state of Maryland in the United States. We do not collect any form of taxes, duties or tariffs for orders to any other destination within or outside of the United States. It is the responsibility of the purchaser or receiver of the order to pay any taxes, duties or tariffs to the appropriate governmental or other authority.

Order Issues (Items out of stock)

We make every attempt to keep the inventory on-hand information accurate in our systems and prevent you from being able to order merchandise we do not have. In the event that we have an inaccuracy in our system and you order is not in stock you will be notified as soon as possible by e-mail or phone.

We will assist you in selecting another item or if we expect to get more of the item in, you will be given the option to be notified when it becomes available. We currently do not support pre-orders or back-orders.
